Scope
TMS have successfully completed multiple major projects in line with Britvic's overall objective to maximise the output capacity of the Rugby site.
Some of the project we have designed, and oversaw until handover include: include ISO 8 clean rooms, various drink production lines, bottling plants, chill stores, water tanks and package pump rooms, offices and
toilet blocks, storage warehouses and automated goods vehicles (AGV) areas.
The clean room HVAC system was a fundamental aspects of the factors transformation, where we achieved a very impressive level of efficiency and cleanliness with a 100% fresh air system that included thermal wheel enthalpy recovery, antimicrobial pre-insulated ducting system, high quality filtration system & an intelligent BMS system.
