Scope
TMS have produced multiple pre-construction tender packs for Bannatyne's Health & Leisure refurbishments across the UK. The tender packs included standard M&E specifications, performance specifications, indicative
layout drawings and design risk assessments.
We ensure that the end product reflects the extremely high quality that customers expect from the Bannatyne brand and most of all, the customers relaxation is not disturbed by any background M&E services!
The scope coverage included developing new dedicated spa facility's, treatment rooms, relaxation rooms, nail bar/pedicure area, spin studios, gyms, reception and restaurant areas. Our main focus is to create a relaxing vibe via lighting, temperature control and fresh air to remove unpleasant odours.
